Shipping fees in case of a return will be paid by the customer.
We are happy to offer a refund on any unsuitable items, provided they are unworn and in resell-able condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached. All refunds exclude all shipping costs. Final sale items may not be returned; they are also not subject to price adjustments. Please note that we keep track of customer returns and we reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion due to an excessive return history.
The customer has the right to notify the Company in writing of the intention to renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a particular reason within 14 business days from receipt of the product.
We take no responsibilty for problems where mis-use has contributed to the problem. Accidental damage, not washing items according to the instructions or scratches from wearing it, are not considered manufacturing defects, therefore are not covered by warranty.

These dispositions are applied according to Government Ordinance No. 130/2000, since making a purchase on this Website involves long-distance communication technology.
Refund to the Customer who has renounced a purchase will be issued within a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of the returned item/s.
Upon placement of an order on the Website, a Customer declares that she/he has been advised and agrees entirely to aforementioned aspects. Acceptance of aforementioned conditions is equivalent to a contract between parties, thus the Civil Code and Commercial Code are applicable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain your RA (Returns Authorization) Number. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning.
- Package your return items securely and post the parcel back to us using your preferred shipping service. Remember to use a reliable service as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.
- Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
